This blog has been created to allow my wife's Uncle "Milford Acornes" to vent a little. He's become a nuisance so we thought we'd get him a hobby. At this point we have to post for him.
Ohhhhhh poppies. Here there are trilliums in bloom in the forest (wild) and wild orchids (purples) and tall purple lupines. This morning I also saw old fashioned wild buttercups. yum

We have many different types of poppies which I will post over the summer.

This is the first round of poppies, the fancy types are yet to come.
