This blog has been created to allow my wife's Uncle "Milford Acornes" to vent a little. He's become a nuisance so we thought we'd get him a hobby. At this point we have to post for him.

Thanks Ron - they're beautiful. I love the way irises ('s?) smell too. They really are one of my favorite flowers to grow.

Spectacular. I love your garden. It is so rich and varied. Yum. Iris is my favorite, but they do run neck & neck with lilies.
I must say, in all modesty, that the lilies will be spectacular this year!(if the deer don't get them)
